We are pleased to provide your pet with the preventive healthcare they deserve – all with the convenience of a predictable monthly subscription fee, and special savings built in.
Sign up today and enjoy the benefits right away. Monthly fees are based on pet species and plan type, plus a one-time sign-up fee of $50. For each additional pet you sign up at the same time, the one-time sign-up fee will be $25, waived online and settled in practice upon your next visit. The plans are a 12-month contract that will auto renew unless canceled upon renewal.

Payment Details and Payment Collection Schedule
Please choose your draft date for your reoccurring payments to be taken, and add your payment account details. If you have an ACH (checking/savings) account, we will attempt this account first, and will use any additional credit or debit card as a backup payment option.
